Project Manager Req # Hyd-21 Responsibilities » Plan and execute embedded software projects. » Hire, train, motivate and manage software engineers. » Negotiate schedules and resources with customers. Senior Software Engineer Req # Hyd-22 Responsibilities » Lead embedded software projects. » Plan, design, develop and deliver challenging embedded software projects based on Networking Protocols, Network Security, Board Support Packages and Device Drivers on a wide variety of RTOSes including VxWorks, Embedded Linux, QNX and others. » Train, mentor and motivate junior teammates. Requirements » Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or Information Technology. » 5+ years experience in embedded software development on any embedded OS. » 3+ years experience working with UNIX-like OSes at the device driver level. » 3+ years in network protocol development. » Knowledge of Embedded Linux desirable. » Experience with hardware board bring-up, debugging boot-strap and device driver issues. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Software Engineer Req # Hyd-23 Responsibilities » Design, develop and test cutting edge high-performance network protocol and security. products on a variety of real time operating systems (RTOS) and a broad range of hardware. Requirements » Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or Information Technology. » Proficiency in C programming, including advanced features· » Knowledge of Operating Systems at kernel-level, Computer Architecture and Compilers. » Knowledge of an embedded OS desirable. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Senior Network Administrator Req # Hyd-26 Responsibilities » System and network administration. Requirements » Perl or Python scripting. » Email & web server administration. » Management of linux or unix servers. » CVS, SVN or Clearcase configuration and management. » License management and backups. » Experience with compilation or build tools. » Experience with managing routers or switches. » Experience with network monitoring tools. » Experience with virus detection tools is desirable. » Cisco and Microsoft certifications are a plus. » User level experience with networking protocols (DNS, IPSEC/IKE (VPN), SMTP, HTTP) is also a plus. » Friendly attitude, keenness to participate and contribute in the rapid growth of the company. » Good communication skills.

Test Lead Req # Hyd-27 Responsibilities » Lead QA team in testing cutting edge high-performance networking and security products on a variety of real time operating systems (RTOS) and a broad range of hardware. » Develop test plans, test cases and procedures for performing manual and automated testing, validation of tests, regression testing and writing test scripts. » Train, motivate and mentor the team. » Potential for leadership roles. Requirements » Graduate engineer with computer background. » Over 2 years work experience in reputed companies as a test engineer in embedded software systems (preferably in networking and security domain). Should have led QA team for at least one year with QA management role. » Proficiency in automated and manual testing including testing tools and creation of test plans and test cases. » Experience in black box, white box, performance & functionality testing. » Defect management, bug tracking & reporting using tracking tools and bug fixing. » Experience in planning of software test strategy. » Ability to lead team of testers, track progress of testing and provide management with status of testing. » Preferable Technical Skills include RTOS, C programming, networking protocol stacks, network security, debugging, data structures, TCP/IP, Layer 2, Routing, processors, OS Unix (at device driver level), Windows suite (internals, at kernel-level) and Python scripting. » QA concepts and principles, ISO standards and CMM models would be a plus. » Familiarity with project management tools and quality processes is a plus. » Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Web Designer Req # Hyd-28 Responsibilities » Assist Senior Graphics Designer in high-end web designing, UI design and other design tasks. Requirements » Graduate, preferably with computers background. » No experience needed, but 6-18 months experience is a plus. » Basic knowledge of graphic packages. » Keenness to learn and enthusiasm. » Good fluency in written English.

Tech Support Manager Req # Hyd-29 Responsibilities » Team coordination, project monitoring and documentation. » Tracking and reporting including client interaction. » Potential for growth within the company with training. Requirements » Graduate with computers background. MBA / PGD in Management is a plus. » Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role in the embedded system software domain preferably in networking and security and 1 year experience in management / coordination functions. » Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Flair for client interaction is a plus. » Ability to methodically plan and organize tech support for clients independently. » Motivated, sincere personality with penchant for attention to details.
