Job Description: Manage technical queries and complaints; provide troubleshooting support and direct unresolved queries to the concerned teams.

Skills/Experience:

• BE/ BTech , MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers) or Graduation with a specialisation in Computers.
• Knowledge of Basic Networking, Oerating Systems, Remote Connectivity and ISP
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Walk-in Dates : 17th & 18th July 2010 (10 am to 4 pm)
