Job Description

Skill Set:

• 1+ years of JDE CNC experience with clear JDE concepts.
• Able to perform Package Builds & Deployments, ESU/ASU maintenance, Tools Release installs.
• Change Management using OMW/OMC. Scheduling jobs.
• User Security & Security workbench administration.
• Technical/End user support skills. Good Analytical & troubleshooting skills.
• Having installation and upgrade experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Forms application, report design experience a plus.
• Database Administration experience including IBM, SQL, Oracle would be a plus.

Role:

• Performing offshore CNC activities like package buildings, troubleshooting issues, project advancements, maintaining user profiles, installing software update(s) etc.
• Working closely with development team in developing & deploying OMW objects across pathcodes.
• Ability to resolve issues in timely fashion without disturbing SLA.
• Following QA procedures and ability to prepare proper documentation on the activities performed.
• Capable enough to learn new concepts &  JDE installs in lab to replicate the issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Min 50% in all academics (from 10-Highest).
• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc.
• Certification in CCNA/MCSE is an added Advantage.
• Should not have attended a SMARTBridge interview in the last 6 months.
