Job Title
IT Security Analyst

Job Description

• Provide access provisioning on Mainframes platform & other critical security applications for Internal customers/users.
• Resolve tickets and requests pertaining to access control’s for our internal customers with in the agreed SLA and PLA.
• Resolve a high percentage of tickets by proper usage of inbuilt procedures in the knowledge base/ any other knowledge tool that is provided by the Business.
• Implement policies and procedures in all concerned business areas and ensure that audit requirements are met in day-to-day operations.
• To adhere to the security and compliance standards and deliver good customer service.

Skills Required

• Good Knowledge about the fundamentals of Hardware, Networking & Operations Systems like 98, NT, 2000, XP , Mainframes & AS/400.
• Technical Certifications on Mainframes is an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of User account management procedures and tools used for access provisioning.
• Good analytical skills to review understand and interpret documentation.
• High level of judgment and decision making skills
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) & Interpersonal skills.
• High level of analytical reasoning skills and problem solving techniques.
• Enthusiasm, drive and initiative to meet targets in a dynamic, high pressure environment and maintain high standards of internal and external customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight time-scales & enthusiasm for new technologies and change.
