Education                    :           University degree preferably in Human Resources or similar.

Work Experience        :           Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in providing HR/Recruiting generalist or delivery / operations experience in ITES Industry in HR and / or recruiting and project management.

Work Requirements    :           Some travel requirements depending on processes within scope; the incumbent will be based at the ABS HR Shared Service Centre in Bangalore. S/he should be open to work from multiple locations in Bangalore.

Job Summary:

The Accenture Business Service (ABS) is a network of 6 global shared services center catering to Accenture’s internal requirements. The Recruiting Operations Lead will be a part of the ABS organization and will oversee and manage the execution of the recruiting processes in alignment with the Recruiting Plan. S/he will also ensure that the overall recruiting strategy developed by the Recruiting Delivery team is achieved by managing the recruiting capability and processes for a large recruiting demand plan.

The operations lead has overall responsibility for managing across the various recruiting teams in scope, coordinating with various business function leads, stakeholders and supervising the day-to-day operations within the center. S/he ensures that the various recruitment teams maintain high standards of delivery, quality and cost to serve.  S/he sets the direction for the teams / processes for which s/he has accountability for, and builds an environment that fosters operational excellence and effectiveness, employee engagement and satisfaction and overall quality & cost requirements. As part of the India ABS executive team s/he will contribute to both the strategic and tactical direction of ABS India / recruitment delivery within the centre as a whole.
