Candiates Should Have:
Basic knowledge of Sharepoint 2010 (Mandatory)

Good Technical & Communication Skills.
Share-point 2010 (mandatory), Strong hold on database design and tuning.

Implementation knowledge of work flow based application is a must

Technically strong, well versed with latest technologies

Must have strong hold on any of the skills mentioned below – MS ASP.Net 2 and 3.5 & XML, ADO.Net, Ajax, Web Services – OOAD – RDBMS, SQL Server 2005 / 2008. VS 2005 / 2008. Jason, Jquery, WCF, WPF.

Design application based on customer’s requirement and guide development team during execution.
