Job Title: Process Associate & Senior Process Associate

Job Description:

Process Associate/Senior Process Associate (Non Voice - Non Accounts)

ü  Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills

ü  Initiative and independent; Customer focussed

ü  Excellent written & spoken communication skills

ü  Senior Process Associate – 2 to 3 yrs with relevant BPO experience.

ü  Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs.)

ü  BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA,B.Sc IT, M.Sc  IT,  Computer Science graduates are not eligible.

Experience

ü  0 – 3 years of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry) across all processes.

v  2011 pass outs are eligible provided they have an aggregate of 50% and above and no back logs in the first 5 semesters.
