Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation skills, ability to maintain & analyze data/ reports

Ability to stay late in the evening, so staying close by/flexibility

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Data updation and accumulation for all Reports related to project management activities

Update all required information for report generation and back-end activities

Skill-sets analysis of current and future requirements

Resource management, pool management, ilcl profile database management

Educate new resources on onboarding process and visa process

Facilitate PMs to update project plans, resource sheet in respective tools

Track releases of Visa ready associates(current and future)

Follow up with managers for weekly status report

Prepare and maintain organizational chart
