- Minimum 2 years of experience in Load Runner
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts
- Strong scripting knowledge using any Performance testing tools preferably SilkPerformer
- Experience in building automation Test scripts using Perl, Shell or equivalent
- Ability to interpret the performance data and graphs and Report the bottlenecks to various stakeholders
