Eligibility Criteria:-
- B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science Engineering, Information Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical.
- Consistent aggregate of 60% from class 10th to Engineering Degree, preferably with IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Mandatory : Excellent Communication skills.

- We are hiring people into Desktop and Server support groups.
- Ensure that all systems are safe and reliable for use to conduct business as usual without risk to the business using technologies.
- Review and learn all policy, procedures and operational documents, including reference manuals, installation guides, etc.
- Assist with the investigation of faults and help to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Working with clients across the business to respond to support incidents pertaining to the team.
- Technical support for projects and/or existing systems in cooperation with other team members.
- Documenting developed and installed systems from both the client and technical perspective.
- Working with clients and business analysts to understand and document requirements.
