We are looking for creative Software Professionals to work for our Software projects.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Windows CE, .NET, pocket PC, windows mobile, C/C++, VB, Java, J2EE, JBOSS, MSSQL-2000, Oracle.
- Experience of leading teams, delivering projects to time and budget, allocation
of work task management.
- Ideal candidate need to have more than 5 years experience on the above skillset.
- Minimum of two years experience in managing enterprise level projects
is required.
- This individual would be well organized, good communication skills and be able
to report on the progress of projects both verbally and written. He would
have planning skills also and experience in developing mobile applications.
- Experience of mobile and groupware would also be useful.
- Good technical background as most of the tasks need
design/development experience.
- Experience in lotus notes and exchange experience is desired.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications: - Strong Java Knowledge & Experience (Servlets, JSP, J2EE, JBOSS App Server).
2+ Years Preferred.
- C/C++, VB, some exposure to .NET (C#, other).
- Experience with Apache Jakarta libraries and tools a plus, especially: tomcat;
ant; JUnit; BSF; log4j; Xerces/Xalan/Saxon, and Axis.
- C/C++, VB and as well as Java development experience, some exposure to
.NET (C#, other).
- Understanding of Web technologies and protocols (HTTP,TCP/IP, etc.).
- Nice to have exchange / notes/IMAP, J2ME experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript, DHTML.
- Strong database knowledge (MS SQL Server or Oracle).
- Experience with other languages such as Lisp, Perl, PHP... preferred.
