· 4 + years of hands-on experience in Flex
· Strong Object Oriented Concepts
· Good communication
· Hands-on experience in using AMFPHP/BlaseDS/GraniteDS/WebORB (any one)
· Good knowledge in XML
· Knowledge on PHP would be an added advantage.
Additional Skill sets:
· Knowledge in Flash or any other designer tools
· Knowledge in Flex 4
· Knowledge in XSD / XML namespace
· Experience in using Degrafa Flex library
· Good knowlege in designing & development of flex components & applications.
