Required Skills: | Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Directors to whom this individual will support, including calendar management, meeting set-up and coordination, document preparation/creation, travel arrangements, expense report preparation, operating supplies procurement, personnel administration/tracking and other typical administrative support duties as required.
- Administer the utilization of the Solution Space and ensure the facility is physically maintained.
- Opportunities exist to broaden role into other responsibilities based on the candidate’s interests and capabilities
Qualifications: - Collaboration – has demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate with others, establish networks and productive working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Communication – is skillful at both written and oral communications with employees at all levels. The candidate must have experience in preparing, proofreading, and improving written communications such as email messages, memos, presentations, and documentation. The candidate must be able to verbally discuss, clarify, and teach others regarding matters of administrative support.
- Technical expertise –Demonstrated mastery of software applications like Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Priority Setting – has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple requests/tasks, effectively prioritize and react quickly to changing demands, and to be flexible and able to manage through peaks in workload.
- Proactive – is a self starter who continues to look for opportunities to improve processes and to seek additional tasks and responsibilities when a need is identified.
