We have scheduled the candidates referred by you who are screen selects, please note the demand in IBM currently is very specific and demanding so please only invite candidates who meet the eligibility criteria .. The reason you are reading this email one of the candidates referred by you has been scheduled for a F2F interview, so please talk to them and ensure they come for interviews in the below mentioned locations and venues.
Date & Timings : 7th August 2010, 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM .. (after that we might not be able to take fresh candidates ahead)
For the interviews to conclude the same day we need the follow the below docs and follow a certain rules for security reasons so please read thru, educate and urge candidates to follow the same and come for interviews
Our IBM representatives will be present in the venue to guide you for the interviews, as we aspire to achieve quality conversions in all our interview drives, further screening desks will be installed at all venues to re-validate your profile with the latest hiring demand. Request your corporation for the same
Mandatory documents to carry:
Please make sure your candidates carry all the mandatory documents with photocopies/xerox. Interviews will not be conducted for candidates without documents.

- Hard copy of your resume
- Photocopy of current organization offer letter
- Detail of your current remuneration
- Photo ID and one photocopy of the same
- Photocopy of 2 recent payslips
- 1 P.P Photo
