(Karnataka - Bangalore) Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
The India Development Center (IDC) engineer works in multi various development projects to support HP business right from scope build to Move to Production. The IDC engineer continues to hand hold into warranty phase of any development solution moved to Production environment. Being part of a global team, at times, IDC engineers are expected to attend requirements/design workshops onsite or extended hours during System Integration /User Acceptance Testing.
Job responsibility includes working through complex environment problems which may cut several cross integration applications and platforms.
Responsibilities also include:
- Solution Development
- Functional design
- System integration testing,
- Development of knowledge base and training material,
- Documentation of projects delivery
- Able to work in a team environment of colleagues
Requirements:Educational Qualification:
BE/BTech/MCA
Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience and 3 years in PPMC configuration with at least one end to end Implementation. The person should possess excellent customization skills. Business Objects reporting knowledge is a plus; should be able to handle the projects independently
Mandatory Skills:
1) Should have exposure to all the modules of PPMC 8.x.
2) Have the experience in configuration of resource management, demand management, time management and project management module.
3) Good skills in Business Objects.
4) Strong in SQL programming including PL/SQL
5) Strong Unix knowledge including scripting
