Desired Profile:
To lead Business Operations and Market Development in the assigned geography through effective communications, market development ,customer relations and Operations.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage existing customers and increase portfolio to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned geography
- Assist in deployment activities and manage local staff on customer site
- Coordinate with the Operations team, Marketing/Product Development teams in Hyderabad to provide feedback and recommendations for customer deployments/process
- Ensure effective revenue flow from allocated accounts/ customers through regular and effective promotions, seamless operations and speedy resolution of any technical errors
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure escalated technical issues are resolved on time
- Work closely with Sales and Technical Teams to generate additional business with new and existing customers
- Ability to directly manage project deliverables/timelines for customers. Strong communications skills is a must
Qualification: MBA with Telecom preferred

Primary responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers/ opportunities across the allocated geography/ region and maintain database of contacts
- Identify the key stakeholders in the prospective customer's organization and assist the Regional Sales Head in the conversion of leads into business deals
- Undertake feasibility analysis of the potential customer and identify potential areas of work (gap analysis)
- Ensure that the detailed product offering proposal/ product note is delievered to the customer in alignment to their specifications and requirements
- Coordinate with the Operations and Content team to provide a monthly activity roadmap for the customer
- Ensure effective revenue flow from allocated accounts/ customers through regular and effective promotions, seamless operations and speedy resolution of any technical errors

- Understand and analyze MIS reports
- Follow up on MIS updation
- Interacting with front-end Sales Team
- Present Weekly, Monthly, Quaterly and Annual Report of sales and performance reports
- Preparation of Annual Operations Plan sheet
- Reconciling reports of YTD Vs Actuals
- Preparing sales and review documents and budgeting sheet
- Managing individual sales team target sheets e.g. comparison sheets of MTM Vs. YTD etc
- Firsthand review of the agreements/ contracts and provide necessary feedback to the legal team
- Content Syndication for defined territories
- Participate in the overall content acquisition strategy by providing inputs with regard to geographical content acquisition strategy

- Create technical & commercial proposals based on the requirements and inputs
- Prepare technical and marketing presentation, if required
