Job Description

Manual Testing / Automation Testing - Test Analysts / Sr. Test Analysts / Lead Test Analysts - Immediately Required for our Hyderabad Development Center.

We are implementing the projects for Fortune 100 Financial Company, who is in Atlanta, GA - USA. Implementing the project in Hyderabad Location.

Duration : 3+ years contract

CLIENT: Fortune 100 Financial company (PAYMENT PROCESSING)

Position1:  - Test Analysts - Minimum 3 years of Experience

Position2:  Sr. Test Analysts - Minimum 4-6 years of Experience

Position3: Lead Test Analysts - Minimum 6-10 years of Experience

Skills:

Must have Knowledge on Automatic Testing tools like QTP or Load Runner. No Manual testing. Lead the 10 QA People.

• QTP, Load Runner, Quality Center, SOAP UI
• Backend testing
• Data Warehouse testing
• User Interface testing
• SQL

Requirements:

Design, develop and execute test cases using test plans and functional specifications.

• Participate in all phases of the test cycle, including Integration/System Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
• Perform both new functionality and regression tests and identify, analyze, and report issues using standard defect tracking tools.
• Participate in software requirement, specification and design reviews.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
• Analyze software designs in conjunction with the development team to ensure that all ramifications of the changes of additions have been discovered.
• Manage testing to test schedule and communicate testing progress.
  Perform deliverables tracking and reporting as assigned.
• Able to keep all documentation up to date as the products change.
• Able to test multiple products that are in development and /or released to market.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science/information technology, a related field, or software test related experience/knowledge.
* Three or more years of software testing/programming experience in a professional software development environment
* Work experience in Mercury Quality Center tool.

Communication and Teamwork:

• Attend and actively participate in weekly review meetings

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Work closely with other FTT Teams—especially counterparts in US to accomplish project goals

• Effective communication with respect to problems and changes in the production environment. It should ensure minimal/ no impact to the business

Documentation:

• Generate project related artifacts like Technical Specification Document, Design document, Deployment Document
