Good understanding on SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, BDC, Model objects etc

Good knowledge on SharePoint based Business Intelligence tools (Performance Point, SharePoint Dashboards, KPIs etc)

Very good knowledge on PL/SQL

Sound knowledge on Unit test case identification and unit testing
