Job Description:

• Experience in implementation of CMMI practices and actively participated in CMMI appraisal activities
• Experience in working with a CMMI L5 company is desired.
• Should be familiar with Software Engineering Processes Standards (CMMI, ISO)
• Should have experience / knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and be familiar with other life cycles (sdlc, Maintenance, etc.)
• Hands on working knowledge of software metrics, process performance/capability baseline and statistical techniques
• Ability to support the projects in adoption of processes defined in Quality Management System,
