| Job Description : | This role is primarily to process transactions as per the Service Level Agreement metrics & procedures defined by the client. 1. Processing the Documents in the required Format 2. Review requests and determine if all necessary information was provided. 3. Follow issuance instructions and enter necessary data into the issuance system. 4. Commit/Complete policy for issuance & verify that policy was issued successfully. 5. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met 6. Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics 7. Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis 8.
