Job Description
- Provide access provisioning on Mainframes platform & other critical security applications for Internal customers/users.
- Resolve tickets and requests pertaining to access control’s for our internal customers with in the agreed SLA and PLA.
- Resolve a high percentage of tickets by proper usage of inbuilt procedures in the knowledge base/ any other knowledge tool that is provided by the Business.
- Implement policies and procedures in all concerned business areas and ensure that audit requirements are met in day-to-day operations.
- To adhere to the security and compliance standards and deliver good customer service.
Skills Required:
Primary Skills:
- Good Knowledge about the fundamentals of Hardware, Networking & Operations Systems like 98, NT, 2000, XP, Mainframes & AS/400.
- Technical Certifications on Mainframes is an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of User account management procedures and tools used for access provisioning.
- Good analytical skills to review understand and interpret documentation.
- High level of judgment and decision making skills

- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) & Interpersonal skills.
- High level of analytical reasoning skills and problem solving techniques.
- Enthusiasm, drive and initiative to meet targets in a dynamic, high pressure environment and maintain high standards of internal and external customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time-scales & enthusiasm for new technologies and change.
Academic Qualifications:
Highest Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline, preferable Computer Sciences
Professional Qualification(if any):
Certification in Mainframes. (Preferred)
Years of Experience: Fresher 1 -2 years exp preferred
