Job Description:

Sales & Marketing Operations

Managing the sales and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales growth.

Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them.

Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.

Monitoring accounts/cash flow/collections/recoveries etc, for credit control management.

Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.

Desired Profile:

The candidate is required to be smart, energetic and confident with good communication and negotiating skills. He / She should have "fire in the belly" for increasing business for the organization and handling existing clients.

Candidates with an experience of 6 months to 2 years in sales will be preferred
