Job Description:
Troubleshooting Connection, Browser, Email and Modem/Router related issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to communicate with UK customer's over voice and email.
Desired:
Provide Technical Support to Broadband(ADSL) related issues.
Strong working knowledge of ADSL troubleshooting is preferred.
Proven knowledge of troubleshooting Modem, Router, Email and Browser related issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to solve problems
Proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite of tools (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a IT services environment
Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new business processes and new technologies is required
