SOFTWARE DEPARTMENT

Team Lead  –  Java Experience: 5+  Years No of Positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         5 to 7 Years of experience in using Java and other open source technologies like Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, Hibernate. ·         Hands on experience working with implementation or supporting Web and Windows applications is required. ·         Excellent understanding of software life cycle and quality processes is required. ·         Working knowledge in Application Development Tools, Design tools, testing and debug tools, code review and optimizing tools is mandatory. ·         Very strong OO background is required. ·         Excellent knowledge and proven experience in using Design patterns.	Project Manager - Dot Net Experience : 7+ years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         Should have played the role of Architect. ·         Should have developed design Artifacts using SSADM or OOADM and UML expertise is preferred. ·         Should have experience in Code Review and Design Review. ·         Should have interacted with onsite clients independently. ·         Experience in full cycle implementation of software development projects using Dot Net technology. ·         Experienced in process adherence and implementation in CMMI (level 3 or above) company.
Software Engineer - I phone Developer Experience: 1- 2 yrs No of position : 2 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         Atleast 1 year of working Experience in Linux and MAC operating systems. ·         Must have very practical knowledge of C, C++ and OOPS Concepts. ·         Experience with COCO Framework and Objective C is mandatory ·         Must have working experience with XCODE and GDB.	Functional Consultant - SAP B1 Experience : 3 – 7  years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         5+ years of total experience. ·         2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Full Life Cycle Implementation of SAP Business One. ·         Very good functional & domain experience is essential.
ERP PROJECT MANAGER Experience : 7+ years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         6+ years of IT Experience ·         2+ years of Project Management experience in ERP. ·         Should have worked on SAP or MS – AX. ·         Should have implemented 4 - 6 projects out of which 1 - 2 projects. . ·         Should have front ended with the client for issue resolution and project communication. ·         Should be strong in atleast couple of modules (FICO / PP / MM / SD / PM) ·         Should have cross module exposure. ·         Should have experience in estimation and proposal preparation. ·         PMP Certification will be a added advantage ·         Excellent client handling, leadership and communication skill is required.	SAP – Functional Consultant Experience : 3+ years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         3+ years of experience in SAP with 2 implementation in SAP MM/SAP SRM  modules. ·         Should be strong in atleast couple of modules (FICO / PP / MM / SD / PM) ·         Should have cross module exposure.
	SAP B1 – Functional Consultant – Contract – 3 months Experience : 2 – 3  years, No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         At-least 4 years of experience in SAP with 2 implementation in SAP MM/SAP SRM  modules. ·         Should be strong in at-least couple of modules (FICO / PP / MM / SD / PM) and must have excellent integration experience.
Software Engineer – Dot Net – 3 months contract Experience : 1 – 3  years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         Must have 1-3 Years of practical exposure in C#, ASP.Net 2.0, MS SQL, AJAX, Javascript ·         Experience working with implementation or supporting .Net Web and Windows applications is mandatory. ·         Knowledge and usage experience of Application Development Tools, Design tools, testing and debug tools, code review and optimizing tools is preferred. ·         Should have very strong knowledge in  Object Oriented  background – not learned thro’ VB.	Senior Software Engineer – Dot Net Experience : 3 - 5  years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets:      ·         3 to 5 Years of practical experience in using .Net of which the last 3 years must be in .Net development projects ·         Must have prior exposure working with implementation or supporting .Net Web and Windows applications. ·         Application Development Tools, Design tools, testing and debug tools, code review and optimizing tools. ·         Very strong OO background (NOT learned thru VB) ·         Knowledge of design patterns is preferred ·         Knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, SSAS highly desirable ·         Microsoft Certification is a plus

QA DEPARTMENT

Test Lead – QA Experience : 3 – 5 yrs No of position : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         Good experience in Manual Testing. ·         Working knowledge in test automation is needed. ·         Prior experience in Test Planning is mandatory. ·         Should be able to train the team in testing techniques. ·         Excellent team handling skills is a must.

Senior Process Consultant Experience : 3 – 7   years No of positions : 1 Specifications/Skill Sets: ·         Sound knowledge of CMMI V1.2 and ISO 9001-2008, Quality Standard, SEI-CMMI framework and documentation for the same. ·         Proficient in implementing Quality Management Systems for improvising business operations including conducting Quality Audits.

US STAFFING DEPARTMENT

Senior US IT Recruiter Experience: 1 - 2  Years No of position : 1 Specification/Skill Sets:      ·         Should have excellent communication. ·         Should have an advanced knowledge in US tax types like 1099, W2, ·         Should have an advanced knowledge in Corp to Corp, H1B transfer etc. ·         Should have good knowledge of software technologies. ·         Must be very good in using Job portals.

US IT Recruiter (Fresher with 6 months exp in domestic recruitment) Experience: 6 months No of position : 1 Specification/Skill Sets:      ·         6 months exp in domestic recruitment. ·         Should have an excellent communication. ·         Should have good knowledge of software technologies. ·         Must be very good in using Job portals.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

IT Recruiter Experience: 1 - 2  Years No of position : 1 Specification/Skill Sets:      ·         Atleast 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment. ·         Should have an excellent communication. ·         Should have a fair knowledge of software terms. ·         Should be a reasonable experience in using Job sites. BDM – AX Experience : 5 – 7 years No of experience : 1 Specifications/Skill Sets ·         Should have working and selling knowledge of MS Dynamics AX/ MS CRM ·         Should have knowledge of engaging with Microsoft team of Dynamics. ·         Must have good presentation and reporting skills.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Marketing Manager Experience : 7+  years No of positions : 1 Specification/Skill Sets: ·         Must have 5+ years of experience in IT industry. ·         Plan a comprehensive marketing plan encompassing branding, communication plan, promotion techniques, and strategic positioning. ·         Marketing Communications and Marketing Collaterals ·         Responsible for Content Creation(Brochures/Collaterals), Preparing Demonstrations/Presentations for Clients, creation of whitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry point of views for online marketing/branding.

SYSTEM ADMIN DEPARTMENT

System Administrator Experience : 1 - 2 years No of positions : 1 Specifications/Skill Sets: ·         Good knowledge in Windows and working knowledge in Linux. ·         Good knowledge in installation and configuration of Microsoft Products like Windows 2003, SQL. ·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.
