I understand the hiring process of MphasiS. If offered a job, I will be required to undergo a 3 month training in the MphasiS Learning Academy in Mangalore where I will be paid a stipend of INR 10000 per month. Only after successfully completing training, will I be made a permanent offer. If I have completed my BE/B.Tech/MCA then my salary upon passing the training program will be INR 200000 per annum and I will be eligible for a bonus of INR 50000 upon completion of 2 yrs. If I have completed my BCA/B.Sc then my salary upon passing the training program will be INR 180000 per annum. I also understand and agree that I can be placed in any of the MphasiS offices across India based on the project I am assigned to. Salary and benefits will be the same as mentioned above regardless of location. Selected candidates will have to ensure that the all credentials provided are authentic as there will be a thorough Background Verification as per the company policy
