Job Profile: Senior Engineer
Job Summary:
As a Java developer in the Product Development organization, you will work within a cross-functional development team on the development of our standard software product.
Responsibilities:
• Design, Development and Testing of all aspects of the Product feature set.
• Realizing Cross Functional Requirements, Front-End UI, and Back-End Framework.
• Planning and Delivering on Teams Commitments.
• Fixing Development and Customer problems in line with the Quality Policy.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience of 4+ yrs.
• Having worked extensively on core Java.
• Having experience on JSP, Servlets, Frameworks like Struts, JSF.
• Hands-on development experience with Web services and XML.
• Working experience with EJB.
• Experience (preferable): Jbuilder IDE/Junit Testing/ANT build scripts/SUN Java certificate/ BEA Web logic.
Job Profile: Software Architect
Job Summary:
As a Software Architect in the Product Development organization, you will work within a cross-functional development team on the development of our standard software product.
Responsibilities:
• Hands-on coding will be an integral part of the responsibilities.
• Architect solutions to be flexible, simple with good object orientation taking into consideration the business roadmap for the product.
• Understand, deploy and adhere to quality processes and guide the team.
• Take a leadership role in architecture & solutions.
• Guide development team to collaborate on good object oriented designs & architectural considerations in designing solutions. Enforce good agile practices like test driven development.
• Respond to the production issues and build in hooks for debugging & operational readiness into the system on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience of 7+ yrs.

• Planning and Delivering on Teams Commitments.

• Experience in requirement gathering, dependency analysis, effort estimation, project planning is preferred.
• People Management.
• Report on status of product quality to management, customer support and product teams via rigorous execution of detailed plans and accurate reporting of test cases executed, bugs discovered, bugs fixed, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience of 7+ yrs. At least 2 + years of experience as a lead or as an architect.
• Technically strong in Java. Having experience on JSP, Servlets, Frameworks like Struts, JSF.
• Hands-on development experience with Web services and XML.
• Working experience with EJB.
• Strong knowledge on OO design including extensive design patterns & their applicability.

Job Profile: Development Manager
Job Summary:As a Development Manager in the Product Development organization, you will work within a cross-functional development team on the development of our standard software product.
Responsibilities:• Translation of complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules, manage the day to day activities of the engineering team by defining, implementing and maintaining a coherent, progressive development strategy for our product line.
• Delivery of quality applications on-time and on-budget .
• Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts.
• Continue to build an effective development organization by driving the recruiting and hiring of senior level engineers, developing and managing the group, and conducting performance reviews of team members.
• Management of departmental resources, staffing, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.
• Report on status of product quality to management, customer support and product teams via rigorous execution of detailed plans and accurate reporting of various parameters including number of test cases executed , bugs discovered and bugs fixed.
Minimum Requirements:• Experience of 5-10 years experience in Software development and 2-5 years as development Manager.
• Development Expertise in OOP, Java, XML, Web services.
• Strong technical vision, presentation and Leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous demonstrated project management success on similar projects emphasis placed on experience with high-volume web-based applications.

Job Profile: Business Consultant
Job Summary:
As a Business Consultant in the Product Development organization, you will work within a cross-functional team towards Implementation of vertical solutions for cable Industry.
Responsibilities:• The Job involves understanding the product and implementation of projects, including business process consulting, information gathering and developing "as is" and "to be" functional design specifications.
• Demonstrating an expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX functional and system design, customization.
• Analyze, design, prototype, configure, document, Testing and ensuring the quality of the product, support, and implement new or modify existing Microsoft Dynamics AX software to meet ongoing configuration needs.
• Creating functional documents for end users and training end users.
• To provide first line support dealing with questions and problems related to the AX software.
• Provide pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations on-line and on-site. Develop deep understanding of the needs of the target industry and successfully relate them to the functionalities in the products.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ to 5 years related work experience.
• Having experience in Production, Trade & Logistics and Preferably Ax implementation in Production. Knowledge or exposure in Material resource planning (MRP) is preferred.
• Flexibility of working hours based on regional support and different time zones.
• Willingness to travel within India /Overseas.
• Preferable: Certifications in Production/Trade & Logistics/Finance.
Job Profile: Technical Writer
Job Summary:
As a technical writer in the Product Development organization you will work within a cross-functional team on the development of our software products. The job will involve authoring and editing user guides, online help, training material and other miscellaneous product documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of requirements that are communicated by Product Managers.
• Authoring of user guides for new modules and features of the product.
• Editing and updating existing product documentation.
• Reviewing of documentation written by other technical writers.
• Planning and delivering on team commitments.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience as a technical writer.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with writing user documentation for software products is preferred.
Job Profile: .Net Developer
Job Summary:
As a .Net developer in the Product Development organization, you will work within a cross-functional development team on the development of our standard software products.
Responsibilities:
• Design, coding and testing of Web applications.
• Estimating, planning and delivering on commitments.
• To ensure all application development efforts meet and or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, time, and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
• To encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
Minimum Requirements:• Having proven experience of 2 to 6 yrs in C#, .NET 3.5.
• Having hands on development experience in .NET 3.5 framework, C# 3.0, ASP.NET, Generics, LINQ, EF, XML, Web Services, WCF.
• Knowledge or experience in Silver light.
• Sound knowledge of database concepts, design and development using SQL server 2005/2008.
• Working experience in custom organization specific product frameworks.
• Working experience on SSRS and SSIS preferable.
• Implementation experience of Design Patterns is mandatory (MVP/MVC preferred).
• Having exposure to TFS fundamentals.
• Preferably, having real time exposure in Financial domain.
• Preferable: Microsoft certifications.
