About Company and Job Profile:
Amazon India is seeking dedicated, hardworking, analytical candidates with
a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking, to
join the Transaction Risk Management Team in Hyderabad. Candidates will be
responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and
elimination of online ecommerce risk. Ideal applicants will have
experience in the e - Commerce payments space, previous trust and safety
experience, and experience succeeding in a customer-driven workplace. All
candidates will be analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced
team environment.
The Transaction Risk Investigator position relies on excellent judgment to
plan and accomplish goals and will work under very limited supervision of
the Manager. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills
are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions. Nearly all
decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance
and a high degree of accuracy.
The Transaction Risk Investigator will be required to engage in frequent
written and verbal communication with department management, risk
analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to
accomplish goals. They may also be required to contact customers by phone.

Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with the
overall contribution to the development of the department.

Dr. Asit Mohapatra- Director HR-Textiles, Raymond Ltd.                         
Dr. Asit Mohapatra is a Production Engineer. He has done his post graduation in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and Ph D from the Central University, Aligarh Muslim University.
He has 30 years of work experience in the areas of Human Resources Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Employee Relations in reputed Indian and Multinational Companies.  He has been responsible for the HR functions in various Industry segments like Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food Retail, Information Technology and Financial Services.
He started his career in Tata Motors in the year 1980 and worked for fourteen years.  He then moved to ICICI Bank as Vice President – HR.  Subsequently, he joined the multinational pharmaceutical company, Parke Davis, as Director- Human Resources.  He also worked as V P- HR and Quality with Blue Star, Sr. Vice President – HR with Jubilant Organosys etc. Before joining his current job, he was working as Sr. VP-HR at Reliance Retail heading the pan India HR operations of  their  mega Retail venture.
Currently, he is working as Director HR-Textiles at Raymond Ltd. He is responsible for the HR functions of the eight manufacturing units , Sales & Marketing  Division and International Business covering more than 11000 employees.
Dr. Mohapatra has been trained in Japan and USA in the area of Human Resources Management.  He is accredited as a Management Teacher by All India Management Association.  He is certified to conduct psychological tests like MBTI, Thomas Profiling and Predictive Index (PI).  He is also certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).  He has been trained as an Executive Coach.
He is a Life Member of the National HRD Network.  He is also a Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers and Member of the All India Management Association.
