1. Technical Support Representative (Voice Process):
PUC & above and minimum 0-4 years experience. Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications is desirable.
2. Customer Care Representative (Non-Tech Voice Process)
PUC & above and minimum 0-4 years experience. years of experience.
Mandatory for above positions:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills & Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7). All these positions are based at Bangalore.
