Java Tech lead
  • Should have minimum of 5 years of experience (overall) in JAVA/J2EE platform including various design patterns like factories, MVC, Singleton, and Ajax.
  • Experience in Java 1.4 and above, Core Java such as OOP Concept, Thread.
  • Work with Enterprise Architect to provide system architecture design documentation.
  • Drive the detailed technical design
  • Assist project and development managers to define the scope and develop plan for the project deliverables
  • Lead the development team to execute the development plan
  • Conduct code review, unit testing and integration testing
  • Document system design, development, unit testing and transfer maintenance work to the internal staff
  • Problem solving (code written by self) and for the project team
  • Support team building activities (interviewing, mentoring, participating in project level appraisal process etc.)
  • Should have object-oriented analysis and design expertize and the ability to decompose a high-level project statement into detailed functional, architectural and project assignment for team members

  • Participate in requirement capturing and making Use-cases using UML
  • Should have people management experience of leading large teams at off-shore and on-site

Maintaining project schedules and communicating project status, tracking project budgets to ensure that the project doesn't exceed allocated project budgets, ensure deliverables, off-shore co-ordination for large J2EE project

Technical Resource Manager
  • Person must have a technical background so that he/she understands software development processes, technologies, project management, resource management, business development
  • Person must have an interest in, and experience of, technical and soft skills training, skill development, management development, leadership training, etc.
  • Typically the person would be a middle\sr manager in a software services company who is now looking to make a more comprehensive, but indirect impact on the corporation's business. The challenges he will face are more strategic and not day to day fire-fighting faced by project managers
  • To the extent the person also has an understanding of the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking, development tools). He/She could hold that portfolio additionally

Solution Architect
  • Having min. of 12 years of experience (overall) in IT and responsible for solution design and development
  • Lat 4 years should have been involved in solution design and development
  • Develop technical requirement and delivery strategy for enterprise and non-enterprise level customer solutions
  • Lead software development team
  • Develop and ensure compliance with coding standards and quality requirements
  • Demonstrate expertize with a broad set of development tools\technologies
  • With 12+ years experience on MS and/or Java technologies is needed
  • Broad understanding of application\system architecture and databases
  • Should have good awareness of DBA related activities such as clustering, load balancing, performance tuning and scalability

Senior Database Administrator
  • Atleast 4 Years experience in DBA activities such as Clustering, Performing Database, Performance tuning, Applying Problem Solving techniques including backup and recovery, advising on database performance/tuning/measurements, and 'knowledge of mySQL database in plus'
  • Tunes the performance of all staging and production database instances
  • Perform backup and recovery
  • Perform complex query development
  • Ensure that the database environment is designed and managed to meet business and IT demands for availability, performance and manageability
  • Ensure implementation of industry best practices in systems administration
  • Serves as the point of contact for advance level trouble shooting issues, and perform hand-on systems administration as required
  • Provide support to development and QA team on application\database issues
  • Manages lower level database administrator
  • Involve in application development projects to evolve the database architecture and design
  • Monitors database operations

Web Designer
  • 3-4 Years experience in web design
  • Designing, developing and updating the websites in particular using graphic design skills
  • Interacting with users to understand requirements
  • Creating Graphics, Multi-media and design templates for websites
  • Testing new technologies for inclusion in website design
  • Developing websites/applications in accordance to standards
  • Publishing of content within service level agreement
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
