HSBC requires Analyst - IT Operations:
Job Description: Manage technical queries and complaints; provide troubleshooting support and direct unresolved queries to the concerned teams.
Skills/Experience:
BE/ BTech , MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers) or Graduation with a specialisation in Computers.
Knowledge of Basic Networking, Oerating Systems, Remote Connectivity and ISP
Excellent command of written and spoken English

Walk-in Dates : 17th & 18th July 2010 (10 am to 4 pm)

Hyderabad : HSBC Hyderabad Hexagon, Plot No. 3&4, Hitec City Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 08
