We are the software services & consulting company based out of Noida India and head office in Atlanta US. We do IT consulting in US market as well as in the domestic market. As the market is showing the improvements and our client are planning to hire more qualified professionals in coming months. So we have decided to start a batch of fresh graduates and train them on a real scenario by putting them on live projects with aggressive deadline and encourage them to meet the deadline in a professional manner. Just let you know that we are not a training institute but with the help of this wonderful drive we would build the career of the Fresher’s and make them perfect to face the real challenge.
This profile is not just trainee but it’s an on job trainee (OJT), and it’s up to you to grab the opportunity and prepare yourself in such a way that you can crack the client interviews after 6 months or 1 year down the line staying with us as OJT. As we have already mentioned on the job board that we won’t pay the salary till you would be placed at the end client.
The company resources would be used to execute this initiative but in return there won’t be any revenue to the company during this period from the candidates so we have decided if candidate can deposit non-refundable amount of INR 30,000/- for 6 month assignment or INR 60,000/- for 1 year assignment to the company in advance. The session will start in the month of August 2010, and there would be two batches 10 candidates in each batch i.e. Batch #1 (8:30AM to 2:30PM)and Batch #2 (3:00PM to 9:00PM).
The Projects would be on the following technologies:
1. Dot Net framework, MS SQL2. Java/J2ee, MySQL
3. PHP, MySQL
4. Mobile Applications – Symbian, J2ME, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile etc
5. US staffing/Domestic Staffing
6. Manual Testing
At the end of this period company will provide you the experience certificates which will help you going forward in your career.
