Desirable Skills 







Skill:   Java/J2EE / JSF with PL-SQL or SQL Server      
Level: A1 –A4
Technical Skills Required
          Minimum 3 years of strong experience on Java/J2EE / JSF technology (Collections, Threads, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, EJB, JSP/Servlets etc)
          Good hands on experience in one or more of the Java frameworks (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, iBatis etc)
          Good knowledge of using Design Patterns (Factory/Abstract Factory, Singleton, Prototype, Reflection, Front Controller, Command, Façade etc)
          Good understanding on any of the databases (Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL)
          Good working experience on PL/SQL is highly desirable.
          Experience with deploying in one or more web/app servers
Microsoft (.Net)
Level: A1 - A2
Technical Skills Required
          Minimum 3 years of experience in .net
          Experience in .Net 2.0/3.0/3.5 (C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net)
          Experience in WCF, WPF, XML, LINQ, VBScript/JavaScript, Web Services
          Good understanding on any of the databases (Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL)
          Exposure to Silverlight, Sharepoint a big plus

Domain knowledge (Banking, Manufacturing and Insurance) would be big plus.
