Job Description:

Assisting customers in troubleshooting basic hardware related queries of laptops and desktops on a call.

Handling customers queries globally, US Customers.

Upselling the computer pheripherals and warrenties.

Completely inbound process.

Desired Profile:

Candidates with voice support  in a call center would be the ideal candidate.

All candidates applying should have their original educational certificates and relieving letter of their work experience.

Candidates would be into voice and semi voice support and should be willing to work in shifts.
