Involves training coordination – Ensure trainers and training resources are arranged for every program. Monitor and ensure smooth progress of training sessions
Ensure trainees perform well and meet the set benchmarks.

This role is front-ending and requires handling huge volumes of trainees.
This requires strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Good level of maturity needs to be demonstrated at work.
Role is largely non-technical and would require limited technical knowledge– of office automation tools and emails.
Please ensure that the candidate has scored 60 % and above from class 10th till PG degree.
The candidate must be a pass out of 2010 batch.
