EA - Corporate Systems team provides world-class, cost-effective, shared technical and processing services to all the associates of ADP in the areas of; human resource systems, procurement systems, sales force automation, application hosting, information sharing technologies, employee and manager self-service, business process management and internally focused web based applications enabling our business partners goals through solution driven technology; partnering with internal development and leveraging ADP products when possible.

ADP's Talent Management Team will enable associates to perform many functions related to their career development and performance. This team enables managers and associates to work effectively in driving results and managing careers. Ensure implementation of modules of Cornerstone Talent System. Succession Planning - Ensure the key leadership positions have identified replacements. Learning Management - Develop and grow associates through learning. Performance Management - Provide a ratings based performance management to identify top performers. Alumni - Improve communications between ADP and former employees.

Required SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Has good knowledge of learning systems (applications) used within ADP
• Has very good knowledge on SQL, Excel, Ms-Outlook, Ms-Word, etc.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (UK Shift) and go beyond the call of the duty at times when required
• Ability to handle additional responsibilities as assigned
• Ability to learn quickly and a team player
• Has worked on at least one CRM application before

Qualification: BCA / B.Sc / M.Sc (Computers)

Experience: 1–2 Years in the field of System administration

• Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company  
• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
• Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months
