Automation Test Engineer: QA / Testing, Developing test cases and procedures, Testing execution, good knowledge of Automation Testing Tools & Techniques, QTP/RFT/TP, optimized Test Automation script development skills using Test tools like QTP and scripting language like VB Script or any other scripting language, Test Automation Framework development and implementation, of SQL queries, Defect tracking and reporting (Tester: 3-5 yrs, Lead: 5-7 yrs, Manager: 8+ yrs)
Performance Testers: HP LoadRunner / IBM RPT/Silk Performer, OpenSTA, JMeter, Webload, Create Performance Test Plans and scripts, Ability to work with Functional analysts to review performance requirements (Tester: 3-5 yrs, Lead: 5-7 yrs, Manager: 8+ yrs)
