Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.

Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer

Resolving the problem Remotely through net meeting and also telephonic support

Preparing daily and monthly reports

Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required

Desired Profile:

Must be willing to work in shift with good communication skills and atleast 3months of experience in helpdesk or inbound process or technical helpdesk.

Candidates possessing knowledge on maintain MIS, Vendor Updates can also apply but with good comm skills.
