Need 15 HRBP's for all our IT and BPO vertical- 2-8yrs IT:  HeadCount: 14,000 (approx) Bangalore:  2  Assistant Manager / 1 Senior Analyst  Mumbai: 1 Analyst / 1 Senior Analyst  Pune: 2 Assistant Manager  Chennai: 1 Analyst / 1 Senior Analyst  •       Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues  •       Preparing & providing timely reports & inputs for smooth HR back-end functions  •       To drive core HR programs such as PMP; Employee connect meets and compensation planning.  •       Resolving employee issues at transactional level relating to salary, tax etc.  •       To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations & handle employee counseling & grievances  •       Liaising with Operations, Client, Management and government officials.  •       To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work & Mphasis Values are communicated •       Be face of HR  •       Be flexible to take up new initiatives and drive them BPO:Headcount : 17000 (approx) (should be flexible on the timing) Pune: 1 Senior Manager / 1 Assistant Manager  Baroda: 1 Manager / 1 Analyst  Indore: 1 Analyst  Ahmedabad: 1 Analyst  •       Handling employee issues & conducting skip level meetings  •       Conducting Rewards & Recognition programs  •       Partnering with the business for attrition management  •       Employee performance management  •       Implementation of HR policies rolled out  •       Conceptualize and plan requisite processes and adapt them successfully into the system  •       Smooth process of transfers & employee movement  •       Initiatives to recognizing top talent  •       Partner with leaders for succession planning  •       Employee engagement Initiatives   2. Technical Trainers - Corporate Support -  Mangalore: 2 Java Trainer - 1 Senior Analyst  Dot Net Trainer - 1 Senior Analyst 2-6yrs      3. Global Compensation & Benefits team - Bangalore - 2 Manager / 1 Senior Manager / 1 Associate Leader Need someone  IT Services company with minimum 7 yrs of C&B experience 4. HR Staffing - BPO - Pune - 2 Assistant Managers  Need someone with minimum 5 yrs of experience in BPO hiring
