We have requirement of System & Network Administrator in the
following category along with position for Helpdesk Coordinators:-

1. Desktop Support L1 - Salary Rs 6475 Gross – Rs 6051 Take Home/m
2. Desktop Support L2 - Salary Rs 8400 Gross – Rs 7850 Take Home/m
3. Windows 2003 Server L1 – Salary Rs 9000 Gross – Rs 8411 Take Home/m
4. Network Engineer – L1- Salary Rs 9400 Gross – Rs 8784 Take Home/m
5 Helpdesk Coordinator – Salary Rs 10000 Gross – Rs 9000 Take Home/m

Hiring Norms for all categories:-

15 years of education completed in regular stream.
Candidate should be 1983 born & above.
Probation Period is min 1 year.
Min percentage in degree or diploma is 50 & above.
Min Experience for DTL1 is 6 months and DTL2 is 1year and above.
Min Experience for WINL1 & NWL1 is 1 year and above.
Having passport is an advantage onboard Wipro but not mandatory.
Communication has to be good in all the categories.
Candidate should be flexible with 24/7 shift.

JD for Desktop Support L1 & L2:-

1. Well versed in XP Professional operating system (installation,
configuration & troubleshooting).Knowledge of Windows Vista or
Windows 7 will be added advantage.
2. Hardware Troubleshooting.
3. LAN Troubleshooting.
4. Application installation & troubleshooting.
5. Email Support with MS Outlook and Outlook Express(installation,
configuration & troubleshooting).Knowledge of Lotus Notes
will be advantage in most of the cases, mandatory only if mentioned.

6. Installation & troubleshooting of Network Printer.
7. MCP, MCTS or MCSA certification or at least training undergone is
must.

JD for Windows 2003 Server Engineer L1:-

1. Well versed in Windows Server 2003(installation, configuration
&troubleshooting).Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 will be added
advantage.
2. Should be well versed with Domain Concept.
3. DNS & DHCP installation, configuration and administration,
4. Active Directory Services(ADS) installation, configuration and
administration
5. Types of Profiles.
6. Group Policy

7. Manual or automatic update of latest service pack, security patches &
Windows Software Update Service (WSUS).
8. Remote Installation Service(RIS) & Terminal Service administration
9. Administration of File & Print Server.
10. Shares & Permissions.
11. Disk Quata
12. RAID Technology (installation & configuration).
13. MCSA, MCSE or MCITP certification or training undergone is must.

JD for Network Engineer L1:-

1. Well versed in WAN Links & configuration.
2. Hands on experience in maintaining WAN Links.
3. Hands on experience in Router & Switch configuration.(CISCO
Routers & Switches)
4. Knowledge of CISCO PIX/ASA firewall will be an added advantage
(CCSP certification will be advantage).
5. Monitoring WAN links.

7. Knowledge of CISCO IOS

JD for Helpdesk Coordinator
Highlights:

Should be well versed with computer operations & MS office excel
skills & Internet esp MS excel skills
Six months or more experience in a call centre environment
preferably in banking sector
Good keyboard\typing skills(Added advantage)
Knowledge of administration & clerical process
Good verbal and written communication skills
Listening skills
Attention to detail
Team work
Stress tolerance

Main JD & Responsibilities:

Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer enquiries by access internal fincale tool
Handle and resolve customer queries/complaints
Provide customer with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resources
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Complete call reports
