– Attend the incoming calls from the users, recording the incident, classification and prioritizing the incidents, providing initial support, routing requests to the appropriate resolver groups when incidents are not resolved during initial support, monitoring the status and documenting the progress towards resolution of all open incidents, keeping affected users informed about the progress, escalating the process if necessary, resolution and recovery of incidents not assigned to resolver groups, resolution confirmation and closure of incidents within SLA, any deviation from SLA reported to Shift Lead with proper justification, attend trainings and complete certifications for set competencies, basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Basic Networking skills
