Should have knowledge on all Microsoft Technologies like Sharepoint Portal, Biztalk, Commerce, CRM, Project etc. Must have a strong background in the design and development of large internet or client server systems or should have the complete software development life cycle exposure. Ability to interpret business system design specifications. Any prior experience of working in a big development architecture would be an added advantage. Experience with technical writing with the ability to prepare technical design specifications. Should have the potential to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly. Should have what it takes to communicate ideas and information effectively to a wide variety of people. Good analytical skills with a positive attitude will always be a huge plus.
