- HR Manager
HR Manager must ensure that the HR Process i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance, Training and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable) are handled at executive level.
