Job Responsibilities :
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests at the appropriate tables as per the organized seating charts.
- Organize and prepare reservations
- Ensure guests are seated in an order that does not overload a particular station holder.
- Provide guests with menus
- Ensure that the dining and serving areas are properly setup and clean.
- Communicate with al guests to ensure complete satisfaction with food and beverage service
- Provide guests with menus.
- Respond appropriately to customer complaints and bring any issues to the notice of the manager.
- Communicate with Kitchen and service staff to ensure effective customer flow.
- Inform guests of specials and features
- Assist in performing marketing and other promotional activities.
- Participate and contribute in end of shift duties.
Any Graduate with excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. Basic computer knowledge is required
