Job Description: Primary - Review sales and use tax returns and reports as generated by other staff members - Perform monthly reconcilement and approval processes for delivery of sales and use tax filing, reports and payments to Clients and US Government Agencies - Provide support to STS Service levels and process control. Results that are measured by; volume of Agency Notices and internal/external audit findings - Provide support to internal and external audit review processes - Provide level 3 product and process support to other staff members. - Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolved exception / issues with sales and use tax returns - Willingness to work in different time zones Secondary   - Prepare and Remit/amend tax returns in accordance with US Government Agencies and Client requirements. This includes preparing sales/use tax returns using ADP Taxware software, monitoring applicable pre-payments and credits, reconciling data between systems to ensure integrity and accuracy - Prepare and reconcile impound and disbursement requests - Maintain and monitor impound and disbursement calendars for assigned jurisdictions and clients - Respond to requests and inquires from US Government Agencies and Clients related to tax filings and payments in assigned jurisdictions.
