You are aware that we have a practice of declaring certain skills as critical skills from time to time and enhance the reward under “Associate Referral Scheme” .
Under this provision we declare the list of skills in the given below as critical skills till 31st July 2010 and enhance the reward under the Associate Referral Scheme to 3% of the CTC p/a excluding gratuity amount subject to maximum of Rs.35,000/- (Thirty five thousand) per candidate.
