Flexible spending account (FSA) is a part of National Account Services. FSA deals with resolving inbound customer queries over the phone for US participants. It is a part of pretax plan and involves resolving queries related to Healthcare, Dependent care & Transportation

The Job Description is as below:

FRESHERS: Associate Customer Service Representative – Voice

• Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates with 60% plus marks throughout their academics (2010 batch only) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills.   
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
• Willing to work in late night shifts
• Flexible to stretch as per business requirements.

The following candidates need not apply:

• BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA
• Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months

Note
