Multiple positions are available. Title and role will depend on the candidate’s experience.
Work broadly involves one or more of algorithm design, algorithm implementation in Matlab, fixed point design, micro architecture,
RTL and verification, FPGA bring up and interface with RF and MAC. Candidates with very good micro architecture & RTL experience in DSP, but not good algorithm design experience are also welcome.

Desired Profile:
B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / PhD from top schools
Background must include at least some of
the following areas :
Communication theory
Digital Signal processing
Wireless communications - channel models, diversity etc.
OFDM
Channel estimation, equalization, tracking
MIMO, Spatial Multiplexing, Beamforming (preferable)
RF impairments such as IQ imbalance, phase noise
RTL and verification experience
FPGA prototyping, bring up
Fluency in MATLAB is a must. Prior RTL experience in DSP preferred.
Candidate must have very good communication skills, be a team player and motivated.
