Job Description:

Incumbent will be responsible for selling packaged Air-conditioning projects, tendering, cost estimation etc.

Desired Profile:

Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with clients.

Maintaining active contacts with clients, consultants, architects & interior decorators.

Tender preparation, costing and bidding.

Analyzing the customer requirements and proposing the solutions.

Preparing the quotations.

Follow up & closing of the deal.

Booking, billing & collection as per commercial norms.

Developing & managing dealers;

Providing continuous market feedback on competition & technology.

Identifying and recruiting Dealers, in the different territories.

local residents preferred

Should possess good communication skills.
