Requirement 1: SSE

The required skills as mentioned in the request are Core Java / j2ee/ Jaxb / XML-XSD / Spring Core / Ibatis / Spring Webservices and the experience level is 5+.

The candidate should be at SSE level. Added advantage if the candidate has lead capabilities also for handling team of 2-3 people.

Requirement 2: Technical lead and SSE

Job Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for implementing POC, conceptualize, design and develop highly available and scalable rich internet applications. He will be responsible to schedule, track the progress of tasks for team members, mentor the junior team members and lead the team to solve complex programming issues.

Experience: 4-8 years only

- Practically applied OOAD Concepts and best practices such as Design By Contract, Design Patterns, MVC Etc.

- End to End Development experience

- Strong Technical Leadership skills

- Experience designing and developing Rich Internet Applications using J2ee technologies

- Experience in estimating the work packages

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, used to working on collaborative teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must be creative and enjoy learning and utilizing new technologies, frameworks, and tools

- Schedule, track and report progress of tasks.

- Provide input to managers in estimations, planning and identifying risks.

- Good understating of SDLC and QA processes

Technical Skills:

Must have:

Core Java, J2ee, JMS, Servlets, JSP, JSF, AJAX, Javascript, HTML

J2EE Containers and Application Servers (Tomcat, WebSphere etc)

Web 2.0 technologies, AJAX

Spring, Maven, Ant, Log4j, Junit

Eclipse IDE

Optional

Hibernate, IBatis DAO frameworks

Web Services, SOA
