• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong Computer and Internet skills, MS Excel.
• Work with high-volume, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to think strategically, independent in decision making along with strong analytical skills.

SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK FOR NIGHT SHIFTS

Job Description:

• Will be Responsible for judgment decisions regarding accuracy of data, with the specific task of identifying patterns in data.
• Work on tasks that are moderately complex in nature, comparing between multiple sources of information, with great attention to detail.
• May be required to interact by phone where resource must ask pointed questions to validate information given.
• Required to interact with program management for regular and ongoing training, and to provide direct feedback about the process and the results of the work.
